While we try to ship all order within 24 hours, please allow 48 hours for shipment. As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address we have on file for the order.

Returns & Replacements

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail or within 30 days.

For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original UNOPENED packaging.

Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address will not be accepted.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

Please note, NO returns will be accepted of the following:

- Open Box Items
- Sale Items
- Closeout Items
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately @ 901-413-7140. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.


Order Status

Delivery of your items can take 3-8 full business days, depending on your location and designated shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
